Customs

Custom Fees and Taxes:
As of 01.01.2021, we collect 20% VAT for items purchased in the UK (tax included in the price).
As of 01.07.2021, VAT is collected for European Economic Area countries, with the tax amount varying by state.
For other countries, please consult local competent organizations.
We aren’t liable for any custom fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping time varies by warehouse location. Here are our estimates:

United States: 7-12 business days
Canada, Europe: 6-12 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 8-18 business days
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days (2-7 business days* if mentioned in product description)
Please Note: Due to limited air transport capacity, major logistics company warehouses are crowded, leading to potential delays.
